When we begin working together we see what modalities work best for you, and what works best for you in our first session - may be different from what works 2 months down the line. Having a variety of tools in our tool box allows us to dive deeper because we can adapt with the changes life throws at us. ‘When you only know how to use a hammer everything looks like a nail.’ The only constant we have is change, and change is important.
As a monthly client you'll have Voxer access to me for during the week for support between (10 AM -8 PM)
Inspired guidance work for each week with practices, exercises or recorded mediations for you.
Access to classes/workshops I may be hosting or another teacher I’m bringing in during the month for extra community support.
When we have guidance curated specifically for us, we’re able to dive deeper into what exactly we need to unveil to keep pushing forward in life.
All of this has been made in mind with various training’s over the years, guidance I’ve received from teachers + what it is that I’ve put together to make a huge difference in my life.
